There are two simple, straight forward options to present your company on Visit Windhoek. Send us an eMail and we will get back to you as soon as possible (generally within 48 hours).

 

Listings

• Accommodation & Car Rental companies: You get a free page of text including a photo if you are owning or running an accommodation establishment or car rental company.
• Your accommodation or rental vehicles will be bookable through your page and / or the booking tool on Visit Windhoek. We will individually request vacancies / availabilities and rates from you for every client (so no fully automatic booking requests or any special computer systems needed on your side). Only normal travel agency sales commission conditions apply (generally 10% for accommodation and 15-20% on vehicle rentals, just like with any other booking office). No hidden fees for you! You can send us specials, updates, etc. at any time and we will publish them for free on your page on Visit Windhoek - The Windhoek Guide.

• All other companies: You get a full page including a photo if you are e.g. running a shop, a restaurant, a wellness centre, or any other business in Windhoek.
• A nominal advertising fee of N$ 200 per year applies, which is payable upfront without any deductions to our bank account.
